All  blinds supplied and fitted by us are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.

Factory labour costs to complete the actual repair are covered for the full period of the guarantee

Suntec Blinds Ltd will also cover labour costs for visiting your premises, removing and re-fitting blinds in respect of warranty repairs for a period of 1 year from installation. Thereafter faulty items will need to be either returned to the factory for repair, or if a visit by one of our fitters is required a call-out charge will apply.

In the event of malfunction we will either repair or replace the faulty blind at our discretion.

Fair wear, misuse of the product, accidental damage or adverse environmental conditions are not included.
